Well, another day has gone by. People seem so insignificant sometime. What really is the purpose of our lives. Today I woke up and told myself that I was going to get some important things done today. Specifically clean the house. Doesn't it seem we waste time on things that really don't make a difference. I mean going to college. Sure it is enlightening and an experience, but will I really use it in my career. It think that to succeed in a job it is more important to have experience. And on the point of making a difference... Meaning of the jobs people have don't bring peace to the world but cause more problems. They're not commendable. High School too... I mean grades are so silly. They tell nothing about your abilities in most cases. I would say they are more telling of your work ethic, or at least in my experience. Ok and working for a letter is so stupid. The history teacher I had, and hated, made a really good point. She said "it seems these days that grading doesn't really judge one's knowledge and ability anymore." She also made the point that what you take away from the class is more important than the grade you receive. Why do students get so stressed out about grades? I must admit that I am such a perfectionist, and it is killing me. Sorry for rambling. I better stop now.

I hear ya. If we remembered everything we were taught, we'd be considered geniuses. Wow, I wish.
Also unfortunatley, there are other pressures to keep up grades such as scholarships. Cause money is helpful.
